Benefits

Financial Benefits

• Our 401(k) plan offers associates an opportunity to save for their futures on a pre-tax basis

• Eligible associates may participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan the first of the month following date of hire

• After 90 days of service, the Company matches 50% of what the associate defers up to the first 6% of their annual earnings

Health Care Benefits

Full time associates are eligible for:

• Multiple medical/prescription benefit plans

• $20,000 life insurance and accidental death/dismemberment at no cost

• Short-term disability insurance at no cost

• Long-term disability insurance at no cost (exempt associates)

• Dental and Vision insurance

• Optional supplemental life insurance for themselves, spouses, and child(ren) for a minimal premium

• Accident insurance

• Cancer and critical illness insurance

Work/Life Balance Benefits

Associates receive the following paid time off benefits:

  • Full-time hourly accruals are based off hours worked (# below are based off 40 hrs per week)

    • 0-4.99 years = 2.6247 hrs per week

    • 5-9.99 years = 3.4840 hrs per week

    • 10+ years = 4.3478 hrs per week

  • Part-time hourly associates accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hrs worked
