Our benefits are designed to meet the unique needs of each associate. The company divides its benefits into four basic categories: Financial, Health, Work/Life Balance, and Additional Benefits.

Financial Benefits

• Our 401(k) plan offers associates an opportunity to save for their futures on a pre-tax basis

• Eligible associates may participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan the first of the month following date of hire

• After 90 days of service, the Company matches 50% of what the associate defers up to the first 6% of their annual earnings

Health Care Benefits

Full time associates are eligible for:

• Multiple medical/prescription benefit plans

• $20,000 life insurance and accidental death/dismemberment at no cost

• Short-term disability insurance at no cost

• Long-term disability insurance at no cost (exempt associates)

Work/Life Balance Benefits

• Full time associates receive the following paid time-off benefits:

     • Vacation accrual begins with first pay date and is eligible for use after 6 months of service

- Accrual rates are as follows:     

     • 0-5 yrs = 80 hours per 52 weeks

     • 5-10 yrs = 120 hours per 52 weeks

     • 10+ yrs = 160 hours per 52 weeks

     • 32 hours personal time per year

     • 8 paid holidays per year

• Flexible scheduling for part time associates
