We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You may return item(s) per these few basic guidelines.
Returns require:
- Order confirmation email or invoice
- All original packaging and accessories
- The item in its original condition
Returns made on furniture will be store credit or electronic payment method.
General Terms:
Returns must be processed in-store.
Refund privileges may be canceled for excessive returns, including, but not limited to:- More than five of the same item, or
- Items that have had the Cargo Largo barcode removed.
Cargo Largo reserves the right to refuse any return and make adjustments to this policy at any time. As-is items are non-refundable. This return policy does not apply to in-store, Bid Sale, or eBay purchases.
Purchased items are available for pickup at 9am the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation as your order is placed. This email confirmation serves as your receipt and is required at pickup. Items must be picked up within 3 business days of purchase. If not, they are placed back into Cargo Largo’s inventory and you will be automatically issued a refund.
