Are you running sales during the COVID-19 pandemic?
To ensure social distancing, we are not running major promotions. We hope to start them again when safe to do so.
How often do you get new/unique products?
We stock thousands of unique, name brand items daily and list hundreds of new items online per week.
Do you match prices?
Yes! Our Low Price Guarantee:1. Beat their price by up to 20%; or,
Do you price match your own sales or promotions?
Because of the dynamic nature of our promotions, if you purchase an item on a day other than the day of the sale, we would not retroactively match the sale price on that item or refund the difference of the discounted amount.
Do you deliver furniture?
Unfortunately, we do not offer furniture delivery. However, the furniture delivery service, Bungii, is available in our area. Click here to learn more and download the Bungii app.
How long do I have to pick up furniture after it has been purchased?
You have three days to pick up your furniture after it has been purchased.
Furniture pickup is located at the loading dock on the South side of the building.

Are you selling upholstered furniture?
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, sitting on upholstered furniture is prohibited. However, upholstered furniture is available for sale in our stock room. Please see an associate in Furniture to assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. We do not accept EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) Cards.
Do you offer contactless pay?
Yes. All registers now accept contacless pay, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You may return items per these few basic guidelines.
- Original receipt
- All original packaging and accessories
- The item in its original condition
Refund will be in same payment form as your purchase.
Exception: If form of payment was check, a return within 10 days of purchase will be
issued as a gift card - after 10 days, a refund will be issued on the coupon.
Can you return items purchased before the store closed from COVID-19?
Items purchased February 22nd, 2020 - June 14th, 2020, may be returned through July 31st, 2020. With receipt, per our return policy guidelines.
