How often do you get new/unique products?

We stock thousands of unique, name brand items daily and list hundreds of new items online per week.

 

Do you match prices?

Yes! Our Low Price Guarantee:

1. Beat their price by up to 20%; or,

2. Match their advertised sale price.​

Do you price match your own sales or promotions?

Because of the dynamic nature of our promotions, if you purchase an item on a day other than the day of the sale, we would not retroactively match the sale price on that item or refund the difference of the discounted amount.

 

Do you deliver furniture?

We do not offer furniture delivery. However, we recommend A Helping Hand Transportation; they offer same day delivery from our store! For service, call or text Robert Harris at 913.306.3331 or email at ahht.llc.21@gmail.com.

 

How long do I have to pick up furniture after it has been purchased?

You have three days to pick up your furniture after it has been purchased.

Furniture pickup is located at the loading dock on the South side of the building.

Is my product covered under warranty?

Please note: we are not an authorized dealer of these products, and any warranty included with these products may not be honored by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own policy, so you will need to contact them to find out if it would be covered.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. We do not accept EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) Cards.

 

Do you offer contactless pay?

Yes. All registers now accept contactless pay, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns require:

- Original receipt

- All original packaging and accessories

- The item in its original condition

Refund will be in same payment form as your purchase.

Exception: If form of payment was check, a return within 10 days of purchase will be

issued as a gift card - after 10 days, a refund will be issued on the coupon.

I'm a business, how do I make a purchase without sales tax?

If you have your exemption certificate (includes tax I.D. number), see a team member at Customer Service. They will make sure you get the proper forms to fill out. You won’t be able to purchase without sales tax until all forms are processed.

What is a Purple Highlight?

We carry high end designer brands of purses, shoes, wallets, jewelry, & more behind our Boutique counter. Select items may have a purple highlight over the our price sticker. Purple Highlighted items are excluded from Boutique sales; however, Purple Highlights are included during 20% off Storewide sales.

What is a Red Tag?

Red Tags are the Cargo Largo version of clearanced items! Look for our CLEARANCE stickers & Red Tag CLEARANCE signs. During our Red Tag Sales, you’re getting an additional % off already discounted items!

What is a Green Tag?

Our prices are based off beating local retailers. Since item values change rapidly in today’s market, we have a team dedicated to pro-actively checking and adjusting accordingly. Look for our green stickers and signs! That means we’ve re-priced an item to ensure you’re getting the best price possible!​
