Store Return Policy
COVID-19 Returns Information:
Items purchased February 22nd, 2020 - June 14th, 2020, may be returned through July 31st, 2020. With receipt, per our return policy guidelines.
Items purchased June 15th, 2020 - forward are subject to our standard return policy (see below).
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
You may return item(s) per these few basic guidelines - exception noted below.
• Original receipt
• All original packaging and accessories
• The item in its original condition
Refund will be in same payment form as your purchase.
Exception: If form of payment was check, a return within 10 days of purchase will be
issued as a gift card. After 10 days, refund will be issued as cash.
Items purchased using a coupon will be refunded per the terms on the coupon.
Technicians will examine jewelry and electronics (over $99) before a refund can be issued.
This can take up to 2 business days.
Refund privileges may be canceled for excessive returns, including, but not limited to:
More than five of the same item, or
Items that have had the Cargo Largo barcode removed.
Cargo Largo reserves right to refuse any return and make adjustments to this policy at any time.
AS IS and personal hygiene/clothing items (toothbrush, hair wigs/extensions, deodorant, undergarments, swimsuit, earrings, body jewelry, etc.) are non-refundable.
