Is my product covered under warranty?

Please note: we are not an authorized dealer of these products, and any warranty included with these products may not be honored by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own policy, so you will need to contact them to find out if it would be covered.

Tax Info

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We have to collect sales tax in any state where we have nexus or physical presence. If you are a business from Missouri or picking up in Missouri, you will have to pay sales tax.

Is the handling fee subject to taxation?

As of August 2017, shipping and handling are not taxable.

What do I need to present if I'm tax exempt?

1. A copy of your state exemption certificate that includes your tax id number
2. Missouri Form 149
3. A signed copy of our Terms and Conditions form

Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

As a service to our customers, we offer local pick up on eBay items.

Where do I park for pickup?

What are your pickup hours?

Monday: Closed Tuesday: 8am - 6pm
Wednesday - Friday: 8am - 4pm Saturday: 8am - 12pm Sunday: Closed

Are additional fees included?

The total due will be the final sale price of the item, local sales tax and a minimal $4 handling fee per item. (If you are buying for a tax-exempt business, please contact us before you bid to set up a tax exemption with us.)

Are there restrictions on pickup for multiple items?

If you have more than 10 separate winning auctions to be picked up, you must give us at least a 2-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE of your arrival.

How long do I have to pick up my item?

Once the item is paid for, it needs to be picked up within 10 business days or we may refund it minus a 15% restocking fee and relist the item.

Do you offer local pickup on Buy It Now offers?

eBay no longer allows for local pick up on Buy It Now offers. If there is no option for local pickup when you check out, you will have to pay for shipping. If you immediately send us a separate message (not using the message field when you pay) after paying, we are usually able to stop the item from being shipped and can refund you the difference when you pick it up.


How long will it take to ship my item?

We work diligently to get your product to you in a safe and timely manner. We usually ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment. You will receive a tracking number when it ships.

Do you offer combined shipping?

We offer combined shipping on select items. Each item must qualify for the combined shipping discount ($1.00 discount for each additional item). You will be able to find out if this item qualifies for a discount by clicking on the Shipping Terms tab. Please proceed to checkout and any discount will be applied. All items must be paid for on a single invoice. If items are paid for separately, they will not be eligible for the combined shipping discount.

Do you offer global shipping?

As part of the Global Shipping Program, the buyer directly pays international shipping and import charges to the third-party shipping provider. Please use the shipping calculator to get a shipping quote to your country. Some items may not be able to be shipped to your particular country due to size or restrictions placed on certain products by the import/export country.

If your item shipped via the Global Shipping Program eBay offers, it will arrive at a third-party facility in Kentucky, and will ship to you from that location. eBay should be updating the tracking number shortly after arrival in Kentucky, or you can log into your eBay account to view the progress.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

In order to initiate the refund process, the buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. All returns will require a return authorization. We only pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due only to our error. If you believe the item purchased does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options.

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on most items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition and within 30 days. This applies to both the item and retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for both original and return shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee. Once buyer and seller have agreed to a mutual cancellation, seller will initiate the transaction and refund the buyer after the item has been received.

We do not accept any returns on swimsuits, undergarments, deodorant, stockings, lingerie, or any item marked AS IS for any reason other than a grievous error in the listing. Please bid accordingly on all items listed AS IS.

Do you accept cancellation requests?

Regrettably, we do not have the ability to convert unpaid item cases into a cancellation request at this time. In the past, this used to be a feature; however, eBay has removed this option.
