When will my order be ready?
Your item will be ready the following business day, after your order, at 9am. (Example: If you ordered on Monday, your item will be ready for pickup on Tuesday at 9am.)
Do you offer delivery?
We do not offer delivery. Pickup only.

How do I return an item I purchased online?
After confirming you meet our return requirements, bring your item to the loading dock. Then, come to the Customer Service counter with your receipt. Online order refunds are processed through electronic payments or store credit only.
