Item Pickup

When will my order be ready?

Your item will be ready the following business day, after your order, at 9am. (Example: If you ordered on Monday, your item will be ready for pickup on Tuesday at 9am.)

Do you offer delivery?

We do not offer delivery. Pickup only.

What do I need when I pick up my item?

Please bring your order confirmation email, this can be printed or pulled up on your phone.

How long do I have to pick up my item?

You have 3 business days to pick up your item. If not, the item is placed back into Cargo Largo’s inventory and you will be automatically issued a refund.

Do I have to be personally present to pick up my item?

No, someone can pick up the item for you. But, they must bring the order confirmation email.

Where do I go to pick up my item?

Come to the loading dock, located on the South side of the retail store. Address: 13900 E 35th St S, Independence, MO 64055.


How often is more product added to the website?

Various days and times throughout the week. Every week is different, much like the dynamic of the retail store.

Furniture is on sale in-store today, do I get the same discount on my online order?

No, unless specified on

Can I see the product before placing my order?

If you are inside the retail store, and would like to see a piece before purchasing, you may ask a Furniture associate to take you to the designated area to see the items.

How can I purchase an item that I saw in your backroom?

If an item is available for sale, you can find it online at

Can you price match online items?

How long do I have to return the product?

You have 30 days, please view our online purchase return policy for all the details.

How do I return an item I purchased online?

After confirming you meet our return requirements, bring your item to the loading dock. Then, come to the Customer Service counter with your receipt. Online order refunds are processed through electronic payments or store credit only.

If I’ve changed my mind and haven’t picked up my item, can I cancel my order?

You can email with your order# and request to cancel. Otherwise, you can bring your confirmation email to the Customer Service counter, and they will process it as a return.
