Online Retail Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

You may return item(s) per these few basic guidelines.

Returns require:

  • Order confirmation email or invoice

  • All original packaging and accessories

  • The item in its original condition

Returns will be store credit or electronic payment method.


General Terms:

Returns must be processed in-store.

Returned items are placed back into our Online Retail Store inventory, and are not available for in-store purchase.

Refund privileges may be canceled for excessive returns, including, but not limited to:

  • More than five of the same item, or

  • Items that have had the Cargo Largo barcode removed.

Cargo Largo reserves the right to refuse any return and make adjustments to this policy at any time. As-is items are non-refundable. This return policy does not apply to in-store, Bid Sale, or eBay purchases.
