All customers wishing to purchase from Cargo Largo exempt from Missouri Sales Tax, including non-profit organizations, must turn in the following forms:

 

• A copy of your Retail Sales License showing your state tax identification number

• Form 1049 for Missouri customers

  • Out-of-State customers must complete a form 149 or present a Multi-jurisdictional Exemption Certificate.
